Vincent Nidegger did an apprenticeship as an electronics technician in Fribourg. After his CFC, he obtained a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with a focus on electronics at the School of Engineering and Architecture in Fribourg in 2018.
After his studies, he worked for 2 years as a collaborator at the institute for intelligent and secure systems iSIS. This allows him to gain experience in the conception and design of monitoring and data management systems.
He developed a passion for additive manufacturing and specifically fused deposition modeling (FDM) 3D printers starting in 2018 and fully developed his own open source 3D printer in 2021.
With these experiences in different fields, he joins the iPrint team as an R&D engineer.
