R&D Engineer – Electronics / PhD in Electrical Engineering, ENS Paris-Saclay

I studied Electrical Engineering in both France and Switzerland, earning master’s diplomas from Ecole Polytechnique and EPFL in micro- and nano-electronics. I then started my PhD at ENS Paris-Saclay in France, studying piezoelectric transformers for power conversion. I arrived in Switzerland in 2019 for a post-doc position at EPFL in Neuchâtel. There, I joined the Center for Artificial Muscles to work on a cardiac assist device based on dielectric elastomer actuators. I worked mainly on the modeling and testing of the actuator, as well as on the development of the high-voltage electronics required to drive the actuator. I then joined iPrint in 2024 to work as a scientific collaborator.
